Confidentiality
Classifies the identity of residents at the center of a complaint to the Long Term Care Ombudsman and the identity of persons that provide information to an investigation as confidential. Requires persons to consent in writing to the disclosure of their identity. Clarifies that investigative information may be released during a judicial proceeding that arises out of the investigation.
