Confidentiality of trauma registry data
Classifies information reported to the state trauma registry as confidential medical information. Prohibits public disclosure, sharing with agencies, disclosure pursuant to a subpoena or court order, or admission into evidence. Permits the Department of Health to release deidentified data for statistical purposes.
