Confidentiality of reports
Classifies fetal alcohol syndrome reports as confidential. Prohibits the release or disclosure of these reports as well as their admission into a judicial or administrative proceeding. Provides exceptions for the release of medical or epidemiological information (e.g., if such information is deidentified, with the consent of the individual identified in the information, etc.).
