Confidentiality of reports
Classifies HIV/AIDS reports made in compliance with N.D. Cent. Code, § 23-07-02.1 as confidential. Prohibits disclosure or use of such information unless the disclosure or use occurs in compliance with a specified exception. Identifies the exceptions as disclosure of deidentified information for statistical purposes, disclosure of information as required by HIV/AIDS reporting requirements, and disclosure of information when necessary to protect the life or health of an individual. Prohibits state public health officials from being questioned about the existence of or content of HIV/AIDS reports in legal proceedings.
