Confidentiality of Panel Proceedings
Requires the Director of the Wyoming Medical Review Panel to maintain proceeding records. Prohibits public disclosure of records that identify persons involved in the proceedings. Permits use of these records for compiling statistical data and studying medical malpractice. Prohibits Panel members from testifying about Panel proceedings or decisions.
