Confidentiality of Information
Classifies information maintained or obtained in compliance with Iowa’s HIV/AIDs law as confidential and prohibits disclosure unless expressly authorized by this section (e.g., disclosure of test results to the subject of an HIV test, disclosure to persons authorized by the subject of the test to receive the results, disclosures to the Department of Public Health, etc.).
