Department to ensure anonymity -- Confidentiality of communication
Prohibits abortion reports from including the name of the person undergoing an abortion. Requires the Department to maintain records and information in a manner that does not allow the identification of a person who had an abortion. Classifies information obtained by physicians in order to comply with the abortion reporting requirements as a privileged confidential communication. Clarifies that this privilege does not apply in a criminal rape trial when the communication involves a person who was younger than 16 at the time of conception.
