“Community mental health residential treatment services and facilities; prevention services”
Arizona requires the programs offered through the community residential treatment system to include a short-term crisis residential treatment program, a residential treatment program, a semi-supervised, structured group living program, and a socialization or day care/partial care program. Community residential treatment systems must be able to coordinate among programs and other treatment systems, utilize a case management system, and ensure that each program includes a method for evaluating effectiveness. This method must address factors such as cost effectiveness and the measurability of benefits.
