Application Process, Applicant Rights and Responsibilities
Establishes a process for applying for Medicaid benefits and identifies the rights of applicants. Classifies applications and identifying information as confidential. Permits the Department to disclose such information only for the purpose of ensuring that benefit payments are not duplicated. Requires applicants to provide the Department requested financial information and assign their right to third party payment of medical services to the Department.
