Access to Patient Information
Clarifies that disclosure of information pursuant to Chapter 10 (regarding the hospitalization of mentally ill persons) is subject to state and federal law. Requires the Department of Health to establish regulations regarding the exchange of patient information. Permits a court to order the disclosure of information or designate a gatekeeper to access patient information.
