Access to database information and confidentiality
Classifies Electronic Pseudoephedrine Tracking System (PTS) information as confidential and prohibits disclosure unless authorized by state or federal law, court order, or this rule. Permits disclosure of TPS information, subject to certain limits, to pharmacy administrators, law enforcement officers, regulatory agencies, patients, and PTS administrators. Permits the disclosure of deidentified statistical data for research or educational purposes.
