Acceptance, Collection, Reporting, and Examination of Specimens
Specifies the persons from whom a licensed laboratory may accept specimens (e.g., physicians, dentists, government health authorities, etc.). Requires laboratories to report the results only to the person that submitted the specimen or as directed by this person.
