“Responsibilities of hospitals under the Department of Financial Regulation regulations”
Each hospital is responsible for publishing a community report annually and making the reports available on their websites. Paper copies must be made available on request. Each hospital must hold at least one public hearing annually to permit community members to comment on its report.
