Requires project directors to create a written procedure for maintaining client confidentiality in compliance with 4 Pa. Code § 255.5. Requires projects to obtain client consent prior to disclosing information. Specifies the elements that such consent must include (e.g., name of recipient, purpose of disclosure, client signature, etc.). Requires project directors to maintain a copy of the consent in each client’s record.
