“Monitoring under the Agency of Human Services regulations”
The Department of Mental Health must audit community mental health centers that receive Medicaid funds to see if there is substantial utilization over statewide norms or other unusual patterns. The department must issue a written report of findings, corrective action and recommendations within 45 days of completion of the onsite field audit.
