“Resident care and home services under the Agency of Human Services regulations”
A home for the terminally ill must maintain records on all admissions, discharges and transfers out of the home.
Every home for the terminally ill must file reports to the Department of Disabilities, Aging and Independent Living’s Division of Licensing and Protection on the following:
- Any fire that occurs in the home;
- Any accident, illness, or untimely deaths of residents;
- Any incidents of abuse, neglect, or exploitation; and
- Any resident injury or death following the use of mechanical or chemical restraint.
