Duties and Responsibilities of All Licensees
These requirements apply to any person or legal entity licensed as a residential care or health facility in New Hampshire, but do not apply to health professionals' offices or community health clinics.
The licensee must comply with the patient's bill of rights, including the right to access medical information, and upon request, must provide a patient or the patient’s guardian or agent (if any) with a copy of his or her patient record in accordance with the applicable requirements.
