This law provides a catch-all remedy for violation of any statute or rule under the Health Chapter of the Wisconsin Code. The law states that any person who intentionally violates a law under this chapter for which no specific remedy has been prescribed, may be imprisoned for up to 30 days and/or fined for up to $500.
