Personally identifiable health information — Restrictions on release
Carriers, the Washington State Health Insurance Pool, and their agents may not use any personally identifiable health information obtained from an enrollee’s or applicant’s standard health information unless the enrollee or applicant authorizes disclosure, in writing, or disclosure is statutorily permissible.
