“Filing and approval of rates and forms; supplemental orders under the banking and insurance law”
A health maintenance organization that obtained a certificate of authority must file and obtain approval of all policy forms and rates with the Department of Financial Regulation. The commissioner of financial regulation must deny or seek Green Mountain Care board approval of the form of evidence of coverage, filing, or rate if it contains any provision which is inequitable, misleading, or contrary to the law.
