“Creation of clinical utilization review board under the human services law”
The Department of Vermont Health Access must create a clinical utilization review board to examine medical services, emerging technologies, and evidenced-based clinical practice guideline and make recommendations to the department regarding coverage, limitations, place of service, and appropriate medical necessity of services in the state’s Medicaid program.
