“Eligibility under the human services law”
All Vermont residents must be eligible for Green Mountain Care regardless of whether an employer offers health insurance for which they are eligible. If an individual knowingly provides false information to obtain health insurance, the individual is subject to an administrative penalty of up to $5,000.
