“Certified electronic health record technology loan fund under the taxation and finance law”
The secretary of administration must establish an electronic health record technology loan fund within the health IT fund to receive and disburse funds from the Office of the National Coordinator of Health Information Technology for the state’s loan program for health care providers to encourage the use of electronic health record technology.
