“Partnerships for children, families and individuals under the executive law”
The secretary of human services, the commissioner of education, and the president of the University of Vermont must establish a research partnership to study and make recommendations for improving the effectiveness of State and local health, human services, and education programs. They must focus on the following areas:
- Pregnant women and children;
- Youth’s health;
- Elders and people with disabilities; and
- Adult health.
