“Vermont information technology leaders under the health law”
The Vermont Information Technology Leaders, Inc. (VITL) is responsible for the operation of the statewide health information exchange network. The board of directors of VITL is subject to conflict of interest policies established by the secretary of administration. VITL must annually issue a report describing the progress of implementing health information technology in Vermont and recommendations for additional funding and legislation required.
