“Reports by public institutions under the health law”
Public institutions such as hospitals, dispensaries, clinics, homes, asylums, charitable and correctional institutions must report promptly to the board:
- The name, sex, age, nationality, race, marital state and address of every patient suffering from venereal diseases
- The name and description of the infection
- The date and source of the venereal disease
