“HIV-related testing information under the court procedure law”
A court must issue an order requiring the disclosure of a person’s HIV-related information only when the person seeking the information demonstrated a compelling need for it that cannot be accommodated by other means. Papers filed to the court containing the HIV-related information must use a pseudonym for the true name of the subject of the test. The subject’s true name must be communicated confidentiality to the court and to the parties in a legal proceeding.
