“Quality assurance / quality improvement under the agency of human services regulations”
The Department of Disabilities, Aging and Independent Living must develop a quality assurance/ quality improvement system for the “Choices for Care” Medicaid waiver. An ombudsman program that addresses the needs of Medicaid long-term care participants must be established.
