Establishment of the Brain Trauma Registry
Directors of laboratories shall report cases of infectious diseases; however reports shall not be construed as diagnoses. In addition, no medical laboratory shall be held liable for having violated a confidential relationship. The reports are confidential and shall not be subject to public inspection.
