All providers and managed care organizations under contract with TennCare must provide the Office of the Inspector General with a copy of or access to the data regularly provided to the TennCare bureau in the normal course of business. At the inspector general’s request, all such providers and organizations must provide meaningful access to additional TennCare related data.
