Health carrier to develop and maintain systems to meausre quality of services -- System requirements -- Description of quality assessment program to be filed with director.
Requires health carriers that offer managed care plans to establish a quality assessment program and file a description of this program with the Director of Insurance. Requires the quality assessment program to allow for collection, analysis, and reporting of relevant data.
