Stroke System -- Duties of state health officer
Requires the State Health Officer to establish a comprehensive stroke system. The system must include a stroke registry. Prohibits stroke registry data from being subpoenaed or used in a civil action. Requires designated stroke facilities to participate in the registry. The comprehensive stroke system must also include a quality improvement programs. Prohibits information and records used in this program from being subpoenaed or used in a civil action.
