Standards for accredited prevention or treatment facilities—Fees
The Division of Alcohol and Drug Abuse is charged with the duty to adopt rules and regulations governing substance abuse treatment program accreditation. Among other things, the rules and regulations may adopt policies governing the confidentiality of substance abuse treatment information.
