The rights of adult care facility residents include the following:
- “[T]he right to independent personal decisions and knowledge…”
- The right to communicate, privately, with any person including their physician and attorney.
- “[T]he right to privacy in treatment and in caring form personal needs.”
- “[T]he right to confidentiality in the treatment of personal, social, financial and medical records…”
