“Medicaid fraud control unit under the state and its government law”
The Department of Justice’s Criminal Justice Bureau must establish a Medicaid fraud control unit which must be supervised by an assistant attorney general. The unit must investigate and prosecute violations of state laws pertaining to Medicaid fraud.
