“Guaranteed issue and renewability under the insurance law”
(I) Health insurers must not establish rules of eligibility for health coverage the following health status related factors of any employee or dependent: health status; medical condition, including both physical and mental illness; claims experience; receipt of health care; medical history; genetic information; evidence of insurability, including domestic violence; and disability.
