“Licensing records under the insurance law”
Health insurers must maintain records relating to compliance with licensing requirements, which includes the licensing records of each broker associated with the health insurers. Licensing records must be preserved to show clearly the licensing status of the broker at the time of solicitation, negotiation, or procurement and the dates of the appointments and terminations of each broker.
