Required financial reports,
Requires nursing facilities to report statistical and cost summary data to the Department of Social Services within 150 days of the conclusion of a facility’s fiscal years. Requires facilities to report the data on forms from the Department or, subject to Department approval, electronically. Permits the Department to request additional information. Failure to comply with the reporting requirements or provide additional information may result in the withholding of payments.
