Health care providers, administrators of health care facilities that treat or diagnosis HIV/AIDs, and administrators of prisons in that house an HIV/AIDs infected individual must report, to the department of health, the diagnosis of HIV/AIDs, positive ELISA results, and perinatal exposures to HIV. Reports must include an individuals name except in the case of anonymous testing.
Persons that administer hospital labs, blood banks, or other facilities that examine human specimens must report evidence of HIV/AIDs to the department of health.
