Release of patient information
Specifies the circumstances in which pharmacists may release patient information (e.g., with the patient’s authorization, in accordance with other provisions of law, etc.). Prohibits all other disclosures. Grants immunity from civil liability to pharmacists and pharmacies that release information in good faith.
