Recording patient information
Requires nonresident pharmacies-entities located outside of South Dakota-to maintain records of relevant patient information and to provide patients with a toll free telephone number and consultation offer. Specifies the information that nonresident pharmacies must include on the prescription label (e.g., the toll free telephone number, use directions, drug interaction warnings, etc.).
