Quality Improvement
Requires providers that contract with the Department of Human Services to provide behavioral health services to establish quality improvement plans. Requires these plans to address quality measurement, identifying and responding to critical incidents, making use of quality improvement findings, assessing treatment efficacy through periodic medical records reviews, and annual updates of the quality improvement plan.
