Penalties.
Classifies the failure to report STD reports a petty offense punishable by a maximum $300 fine. Classifies a breach of the confidentiality requirements associated with STD reporting a misdemeanor publishable by a $500 to $5,000 fine and/or six to 24 months of imprisonment in a county jail.
