Patient records relating to psychiatric care
Permits physicians to transfer psychiatric records to a patient or a patient’s representative so long as the transfer is in the interests of the patient. Permits physicians to otherwise transfer psychiatric records to another physician or released to a patient’s representative when another physician requests the release.
