The executive director of the Oregon Health Insurance Exchange Corporation may enter into agreements governing the sharing and use of information with other state or federal insurance exchanges or regulatory authorities, the Oregon Health Authority, the Department of Consumer and Financial Services, law enforcement, or federal agencies. The data use agreement must specify the terms of the agreement, duration, and purpose of the agreement.
