In implementing the Patient Safety Reporting Program, the Oregon Patient Safety Commission Board of Directors must maintain the confidentiality of all patient safety data that identifies or could reasonably be used to identify a provider or patient. Additionally, the Board may not use or disclose patient safety data that is reported, collected or developed for enforcement or regulatory action against the provider.
