If the Oregon Health Licensing Agency intends to disclose a record of a disciplinary hearing or investigation, it must notify the person who is the subject of a complaint or investigation of the intended disclosure. Information obtained as part of an investigation will be disclosed if another person requesting the information demonstrates that the public interest in disclosure outweighs other interests in nondisclosure.
