The Oregon Health Authority may inspect the laboratory results and records of any clinical laboratory. The authority may require the owner or director of the laboratory to submit initial findings indicative of communicable diseases; each report will include the name of the person from whom the specimen was obtained. Information contained in these reports may be disclosed for purposes of administering the public health laws and may be used to compile statistical and other data if persons are not identified.
