The Department of Public Health must maintain nurse’s aides registry that contains (1) the names and addresses of nurse’s aides registered in Connecticut; (2) findings of improper conduct pursuant to § 20-102cc and, if applicable, the nurse’s aide’s response; and (3) any additional information specified by the Commissioner of Public Health.
