No public funds for abortion - exception - definitions - repeal
Prohibits the use of public funds for abortions. Provides an exception for reimbursement of medical services necessary to save the life of a pregnant person or their unborn child. Requires providers that perform such services to report to the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing the age of the pregnant person and their unborn child, the services performed, the date and place of the services, and the medical condition that justified the services. Classifies the compilation of reported information as public record, but clarifies that the Department must preserve the privacy of the pregnant persons who are the subject matter of the reports.
